Financial freedom is the goal with us. New Way Realty Partners is an innovative way to sell real estate. It was founded under the concept of Growth & Legacy while focusing the returns for individual brokers and agents, hence the name. Here at our brokerage, our exclusive commission plans provide varying flexibility and competitive payout. Every Agent can earn a 90/10 commission split if they choose.
Competitive Commission Plans:
⦁ 90/10 Commission plan – $200 a month
⦁ 80/20 Commission plan- $150 a month
⦁ 70/30 Commission plan – $100 a month
⦁ 60/40 Commission plan- For any agent that does not want to pay a fee.
⦁ 50/50 Commission plan – This applies for all company provided leads.
Path: Create and have your own team or work individually. Realtors who recruit new agents will receive an override commission of 20% of the amount of the brokerage portion of the commission, for each agent they refer. Override fee does not apply for company provided leads.
Transaction Fee - All transactions require a $495 transaction fee. Fee will be paid by the buyer on all listings and on all offers presented on outside listings. Any amount charged over $495 is for the agent to keep on top of the commission.

⦁ Agents will have the flexibility to build their own brand under the New Way Realty Partners brokerage.
⦁ Agents will be responsible for things like, business cards, posting ads, and home showings. But this is not quite different from traditional commission real estate brokerages.
Top Producers - The top 5 agents who hit $1,000,000+ in sales volume will be considered a top producer of the brokerage and shall be rewarded compensation in the form of a gift and trophy.
Training Programs - We will provide training to agents that will help them expand their business. At New Way Realty Partners, we would like to help nurture our agents to be top earners while allowing them the luxury of independence and business etiquette. Therefore, we will periodically host classes or invite an experienced real estate coach for New Agents & Experienced Agents.
Leads - We will provide leads as they come, but this is a relationship business so we will require that all agents do the necessary prospecting to generate leads.
Agent Incentives: Real Estate Agents can participate with our subsidiary companies, Michigan Premiere Property Holdings (fix-n-flips) and Powerhouse Funding (transactional funding for wholesale deals). This allows our agents to grow in other facets of the real estate industry while creating additional revenue streams.

Profit Sharing
NWRP will implement a deal partnership program that allows agents to find and present deals for acquisition. This property sharing opportunity will only be available to active agents.
